Required skills include 5+ years managing YouTube channels with proven growth, mastery of strategic content creation and performance tracking, test-and-scale expertise, data-driven analytics including funnel analysis and A/B testing, team leadership and development, international marketing experience with cultural adaptation, excellent communication skills to explain strategies and ROI, and ability to bridge creative and technical business aspects.
