As a Product Growth & Partnerships Manager at Hostinger, based in Lithuania, you will play a pivotal role within the affiliate marketing team to shape and execute the VPS product growth strategy. Your key responsibilities include driving the growth of VPS Hosting affiliate and partnership channels through strategic planning, negotiation, and managing partnership terms. You will explore new business opportunities and emerging technologies, build and maintain strong long-term partnerships with affiliates and partners to ensure sustainable growth and mutual success. Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and VPS squads, you will align strategies, share insights, and implement impactful initiatives. You will use data-driven approaches to contribute to OKRs, analyzing key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, and ROI for continuous campaign improvement. Leveraging analytics and AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, n8n, and Amplitude, you will research markets, automate workflows, generate insights, and optimize performance effectively. To qualify, you should have at least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or B2B sales within SaaS, hosting, or tech environments. You need to be analytical, proactive, and growth-focused with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A strong understanding of VPS hosting technologies and the ability to translate technical concepts into growth opportunities is required. Experience with analytics and CRM tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, TUNE, Impact Radius, HubSpot, or Google Sheets is expected to track and interpret performance metrics. Proficiency in setting and working with KPI and OKR frameworks is essential. Fluency in English at C1+ level is mandatory, with additional languages considered a plus. Job requirements

  • 3+ years experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or B2B sales in SaaS, hosting, or tech
