We are looking for a skilled DevOps engineer to take ownership of the DevOps domain for one of our core product teams. You will be the go-to person for infrastructure, CI/CD, and operations enabling the team to build, deploy, and operate reliably at scale. Responsibilities include managing and evolving Terraform-managed infrastructure on GCP and AWS, operating and enhancing applications deployed to Kubernetes, collaborating with developers and the Core CloudOps team to implement DevOps best practices and ensure production-readiness, ensuring high availability, observability, and cost-efficiency across infrastructure components, continuously improving and monitoring CI/CD pipelines to support fast and safe delivery, handling incidents, performing root cause analysis, leading post-mortems related to the product’s infrastructure, and driving automation and self-service capabilities to reduce manual toil and increase team autonomy. The candidate should have at least 5 years managing Linux systems, proficiency with Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, SQL and CI/CD tools, programming skills in Python, Go or similar languages, strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset with high ownership and accountability, experience with highly available and scalable cloud environments in GCP or AWS, and familiarity with Kubernetes workflows such as Helm, Kustomize, or GitOps. Nice to have are knowledge of cost optimization in cloud platforms and experience leading company-wide initiatives.
