As a Senior On-site SEO Specialist, you will be a key player in Hostinger Horizons, an AI-powered platform for designing, developing, and copywriting websites and web applications. Your primary responsibilities include owning on-site SEO efforts, managing performance tracking, identifying scalable SEO opportunities, optimizing landing pages to improve visibility and conversions, conducting keyword research, and developing AI-generated content strategies aligned with SEO goals. You will stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Content, Localization, CRO, Product, and Technical SEO to drive impactful SEO initiatives. The role requires proven hands-on experience in on-site SEO with a track record of driving organic growth, strong analytical skills to extract insights from data, experience working at scale optimizing large sets of landing pages, proficiency in keyword research and search intent mapping, understanding of full-funnel SEO strategies, and familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, and keyword rank trackers.
