Job Description

Join Hostinger as a Technical Support Specialist based in Latin America, working remotely to support customers with Hostinger products and services. As part of a global team of 900+ professionals, you will help over 3 million customers succeed online by providing expert support via live chat and tickets, simplifying technical issues, and contributing to projects that enhance the customer experience. Your role includes troubleshooting domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and websites while staying updated on the latest web hosting technologies. You will also help improve AI-powered support tools, work on rotating schedules including weekends, and participate in a culture focused on customer obsession, innovation, and continuous learning. Fluency in English, excellent communication skills, and experience in tech or SaaS customer support are required, along with a solid understanding of web hosting fundamentals. Advanced knowledge of server management, content management platforms, and support platforms is a plus. Requirements
