Were looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to proactively build and manage a strong sales pipeline while nurturing long-term relationships with high-value clients across our Cloud MSP product lines. The ideal candidate brings experience selling SaaS or cloud infrastructure solutions and excels at connecting product value to real business needs. In this role, youll engage with both inbound and self-sourced leads to connect buyers with solutions that meet their needs while driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include responding to inbound calls, chats, social messages, and ticket/email inquiries from prospective customers; generating and nurturing new business by building your own pipeline through outreach in relevant digital channels; leading consultative sales conversations that clearly link product value to buyer needs; tracking product evolution and communicating valuable updates to prospects and existing clients; maintaining regular touchpoints with top-tier clients to monitor satisfaction and gather feedback; meeting and exceeding KPI goals, including leads to bookings and revenue retention; following the defined sales process and maintaining high CRM data accuracy (HubSpot); collaborating with Professional Services for smooth onboarding of newly sold clients; escalating customer requests efficiently when additional support is needed.
