As an Inbound Marketing Specialist at InMotion Hosting, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for the company’s growing portfolio of cloud infrastructure, hosting, and managed services. This role requires combining digital marketing expertise with cloud industry knowledge to develop programs that resonate with a highly technical audience, including CTOs, DevOps teams, and IT decision-makers. You will own campaigns spanning SEO strategy, marketing automation, thought leadership content, SEM, paid social, webinars, and developer communities to directly influence pipeline growth and customer adoption. Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and optimizing inbound campaigns, building persona-driven programs for developers and IT leaders, developing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value enterprise prospects, creating and managing content clusters on cloud-related topics, collaborating with product and engineering teams to produce technical yet accessible content such as white papers, migration guides, case studies, and webinars. Additionally, leveraging AI tools for content generation and optimization, managing HubSpot Marketing Hub including workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurture campaigns, designing retargeting flows suited for long sales cycles typical in B2B, measuring and analyzing campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Looker Studio, optimizing landing pages and trial sign-ups using conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices including A/B testing and funnel analysis, and creating sales enablement materials like battle cards, feature comparison sheets, and competitive positioning resources. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in B2B inbound marketing within cloud, SaaS, or enterprise technology companies, with demonstrated SEO, SEM, content marketing, marketing automation, and lead nurturing proficiency. Experience with HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub, a data-driven mindset, expertise in analytics tools like GA4 and Looker Studio/Tableau, and familiarity with conversion optimization techniques are essential. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts such as IaaS, VPS, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack, and hyperscalers, alongside understanding of developer ecosystems and technical buyer needs, is critical. Experience with ABM platforms like Demandbase or 6sense, LinkedIn Ads, and CMS platforms like WordPress or headless CMS is also required. This is a remote, full-time permanent position offering a starting salary of $60,000+ annually.
