The role involves post-sale client interaction, upselling, cross-selling, and retention with a quota-carrying responsibility. Account Managers own their book of business, maintaining client satisfaction and strategizing to align clients with Kinsta’s offerings. They identify at-risk clients, spearhead sales strategies to unlock additional revenue, and stay informed about market competition. This role requires collaboration with internal departments to solve client issues, managing regular reviews and maintaining communication to maximize client value. Account Managers provide timely deal updates, assist colleagues to meet team targets, and maintain accurate client data in HubSpot CRM. The role demands a process-driven approach, a passion for technology, and the ability to exceed KPIs and revenue goals. Candidates should have 2-3 years of SaaS sales or account management experience, be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and possess superior communication skills. Bonus qualifications include hosting or SaaS industry experience and outbound sales.
