The Revenue Operations Generalist role is crucial in supporting the Sales organization and expanding analytics/reporting for GTM teams. Responsibilities include managing sales workflows and automations in HubSpot, onboarding sales hires, automating manual tasks, producing sales reports, and partnering with Sales leadership to improve processes. The role requires building and maintaining dashboards, delivering ad-hoc analysis, defining metrics and success criteria, ensuring data quality, and leveraging AI to reduce manual reporting. Collaboration is key, working across sales, RevOps, and GTM teams to own sales systems and data processes while proactively reducing friction. Candidates should have 3-5 years in Sales Ops/RevOps, strong HubSpot expertise, reporting and analytics skills (including SQL and BI tools), and experience in supporting commercial sales organizations. Preferable but not required are B2B SaaS experience and exposure to revenue engineering or internal tooling.
