As a Support Engineer, you will be integral to the customer support team, providing technical assistance through live chat. The role involves taking ownership of customer issues, researching and resolving technical problems, escalating when necessary, and delivering timely, accurate feedback. You will work schedules from either 1PM–9PM UTC or 4PM–12AM UTC, Monday through Friday. The position demands excellent English communication skills and customer service experience, with bonus skills including Linux, NGINX, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP, DNS, CDN, caching, WordPress architecture, WP-CLI, command line proficiency, and familiarity with Cloudflare DNS and security.
