As an Affiliate Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing a diverse network of affiliates, content creators, influencers, technology partners, and strategic allies to promote SiteGround’s portfolio of products including Web Hosting, AI Studio, Coderick AI, Website Builder, and E-commerce solutions. You will manage the full partner lifecycle from prospecting and outreach to onboarding, activation, and long-term relationship growth. Key responsibilities include partner acquisition and outreach, relationship management, portfolio promotion, performance optimization, market intelligence, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting and analysis. You will work proactively to recruit high-potential partners, build trust-based relationships, collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, monitor partner performance, negotiate commissions and incentives, stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, and provide insights for program improvement. The role requires 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or related fields, proven success in partnership management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, an analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and a genuine interest in web technologies and AI products. Fluency in English is required and experience with AI or developer tools, influencer marketing, and the web hosting or e-commerce space is a plus.
