Continuous feedback implementation and reporting to executive leadership are crucial facets of the job. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in customer retention, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement, preferably in SaaS, hosting, or subscription-based industries. Proficiency in web analytics, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously are essential.
