As a Growth Marketing Manager at SiteGround, you will own the entire customer lifecycle post-acquisition, focusing on customer retention, engagement, and growth. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing retention strategies, analyzing customer behavior data to mitigate churn risk and increase upsell opportunities, and creating customer segmentation for targeted campaigns. You will design and implement multi-channel upsell and retention campaigns across email, in-app, phone, advertising platforms, and social media, with a strong focus on personalizing customer journey flows. Performance optimization is key, requiring you to monitor essential metrics such as churn rate, renewal rates, customer lifetime value, and expansion revenue. Cohort analyses and feedback loops will help you continuously refine retention strategies. You will report campaign ROI and insights to executive leadership. The role demands 3-5 years of experience in customer retention, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement, preferably in SaaS, hosting, or subscription-based industries. Strong analytical, communication skills, and a data-driven mindset are critical.
