In this role, you will work closely with product managers, the Lead Product Owner, and cross-functional teams to drive product implementations, streamline technical product configurations, and ensure seamless execution of business goals. You’ll collaborate with infrastructure, commercial, and development teams to optimise product performance, enhance operational efficiency, and support the rollout of new features and service enhancements. Beyond execution, you will have the autonomy to identify opportunities for process improvements, proactively remove roadblocks, and contribute to how we refine and scale our product offerings. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that our products evolve in a way that is both commercially viable and deeply rooted in customer needs. Key Responsibilities include working with product managers to define technical requirements for new product concepts, supporting strategic goals by ensuring product roadmaps align with broader business objectives, leading product implementations, and identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability across multiple brands. You should ensure that all product changes contribute to an improved user experience.

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a technical or SaaS environment.
  • Strong knowledge of technical product management, including system integrations and configuration management.
  • Expert ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English through ALL utilized channels.
  • Ability to work with global teams and balance priorities across multiple brands.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving roadblocks.
  • Organisational and project management skills.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and optimising workflows.
