Your.Cloud announced the acquisition of Cloud Geeni on April 23, 2026, marking the Dutch MSP consolidator’s fourth move into the UK market. Cloud Geeni is a British managed service provider focused on SMBs in legal, manufacturing, and financial services, offering managed IT support, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity services. The company holds ISO 27001 certification and operates as a Microsoft and Mimecast partner.

Cloud Geeni’s roots go back more than 30 years within the Key Computers family. The company has been developing its private cloud platform for over 16 years. Jonathan Heaton, founder of Cloud Geeni and CEO of its holding entity KCA Holding, described the acquisition as consistent with the company’s founding purpose: “Cloud Geeni has always had one clear goal: help customers stay safe, productive and ready for growth. Joining Your.Cloud accelerates that mission through access to broader expertise, shared knowledge, and long-term strategic support.” The brand, existing team, and current management structure are all retained under the deal. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Your.Cloud’s UK and European Footprint

Your.Cloud now operates 40+ portfolio companies across Europe with approximately 1,600 employees and more than 25,000 customers. The group’s model is explicitly decentralized: acquired companies keep their brand and management, and founders retain operational control while gaining access to group-level resources, financing, and a peer network of MSP operators. Adriaan Hoogduijn, Your.Cloud’s Portfolio Director, described Cloud Geeni as “a valuable addition to our growing platform in the UK” due to its local presence, client relationships, and expertise across managed IT, cloud, and cybersecurity.

The UK is the group’s most active non-Dutch acquisition market. Four deals in a single country signals a deliberate geographic concentration rather than opportunistic deal flow. Building critical mass in the UK means Your.Cloud can consolidate back-office functions, share engineering resources across portfolio companies, and present larger enterprise customers with a broader service offering backed by multiple specialist teams.

The MSP Consolidation Pattern

Cloud Geeni is exactly the profile that pan-European MSP roll-ups target: an owner-operated business with a long tenure, a loyal SMB customer base, proprietary infrastructure built over years, and a founder ready to trade operational independence for growth capital and a group network. The 16-year private cloud platform is a meaningful technical asset, not just a customer list. It represents accumulated infrastructure investment that would take a new entrant years and significant capital to replicate.

For the UK hosting and managed services market, the Your.Cloud pattern is worth watching. The group’s decentralized model has proven more attractive to founders than full integration plays, which tend to create churn among both staff and customers during transition. Four UK acquisitions with brands and teams retained suggests the model is working on both the buy and the retain side. The question is at what point the group’s UK companies begin to offer joint go-to-market propositions to enterprise customers who currently deal with each independently.
