As a Product Operations Specialist, you will collaborate with Product Managers to optimize processes for efficiency, allowing them to focus on strategic decisions. Responsibilities include tracking company-level progress on roadmaps, managing public roadmaps, supporting weekly business reviews and finance teams, summarizing market trends, enhancing client interview processes, managing customer feedback channels, suggesting and managing tools for productivity, facilitating meetings among product leaders, and scaling processes for product teams. Candidates should have experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or similar roles, familiarity with OKR planning and roadmap building, proactive process improvement skills, understanding of business/product metrics, tech-savviness, excellent planning and communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with senior team leads and departments. Familiarity with Tableau, Amplitude, Miro, and Atlassian products is a plus.
