Hostinger is seeking a Growth Strategist for the France market to join their International Growth team. The role involves identifying, testing, and scaling new growth opportunities through data-driven marketing efforts and optimizing marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROAS and LTV/CAC ratios. The candidate will design hands-on growth initiatives such as podcasts, digital downloads, and influencer campaigns tailored to the French market. Strategic collaboration with global Performance, SEO, and Brand teams is essential to align local insights with global marketing strategies. Acting as the Voice of Country and Voice of Customer for France, the Growth Strategist will provide critical market intelligence, drive customer research, and identify untapped opportunities. Requirements include proven experience in digital and performance marketing, a deep understanding of the French digital landscape, excellent collaboration, and analytical skills.
