This position involves managing the full employee lifecycle, collaborating closely with multiple internal HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Compensation & Benefits to ensure accurate HRIS data exchange and system functionality enhancements, developing HR reports and dashboards for data-driven decisions, and ensuring compliance with Colombian employment laws. The role includes training managers on employee performance management, conflict resolution, and counseling, while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to uphold legal compliance. Successful candidates will bring 5+ years’ experience in HR roles, deep knowledge of Colombian labor laws, and familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday and ServiceNow. The position supports a fast-paced multicultural environment, and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred. Experience supporting multiple LATAM countries is a plus. Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager
  • In-depth knowledge of Colombian labor laws and standard HR processes
  • Experience with HRIS and case management systems, preferably Workday and ServiceNow
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, multicultural environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field preferred
  • Experience supporting multiple LATAM countries is a plus
