Your role involves managing complex, cross-functional projects by creating clarity in ambiguous situations, driving alignment, and ensuring measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include leading strategy and execution across business units and technology, building collaboration and momentum across teams, facilitating engagement between technical and business stakeholders, breaking down large projects into manageable tasks, leveraging data-driven decisions, implementing governance and risk management frameworks, and communicating effectively with executives. Candidates should have over 8 years of experience managing complex technical programs in a product-led tech environment, with a strong ability to influence and execute without direct authority. Technical fluency, program management skills including Agile and SDLC knowledge, and experience in strategic initiative leadership are critical. A STEM degree or equivalent, MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience with M&A, platform transformation, or GoDaddy-scale infrastructure is a plus.
