The Product Designer will work cross-functionally to solve customer problems, create innovative and easy-to-use solutions, own the design process from sketch to shipped feature, monitor performance, and iterate designs. Responsibilities include conducting extensive user research, collaborating with the design guild to improve design systems and processes, and maintaining autonomy and proactivity. Candidates should have 3+ years designing for consumer tech companies, fluency in design thinking, UX research, prototyping, and iterative design, ability to own design end-to-end, excellent communication skills, research and data validation competency, knowledge of design tools and systems, creativity, and a strong online portfolio. Familiarity with analytics tools like Amplitude and HotJar is a plus. The company expects a portfolio submission.
