In this role, you will be part of the CRO team within the marketing department, responsible for optimizing Hostinger’s website conversion funnels by analyzing user behavior and identifying bottlenecks to increase sales and engagement. You will generate hypotheses, set up, manage, and analyze A/B tests on Hostinger’s website, driving data-informed decisions by monitoring performance metrics and translating data into actionable insights. Collaboration is key in this position, requiring work closely with marketing, design, development, SEO, and data analytics teams to improve conversion rates continuously. You will also research user needs and pain points, conduct usability testing to enhance user experience, and stay updated on the latest CRO techniques to maintain competitive advantage. Reporting findings and presenting insights and next steps to internal teams and stakeholders are part of your responsibilities, helping align strategies across departments. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in CRO, preferably in a tech-driven marketing environment, with strong analytical skills, expertise in web analytics, A/B testing, UX principles, and user psychology. Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, and a proactive mindset to propose and execute test ideas are essential. Familiarity with performance marketing and paid ads is a plus.
