Experience required includes 12+ years in software development, 6+ years in technical program management with engineering teams, managing programs across multi-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules. You should have experience working with product management on strategy and requirements, collaborating on software delivery, securing dedication from teams, driving consensus on projects and rollout plans, and managing program progress. Preferably, you have project management experience covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management; experience defining KPIs/SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership; experience in support organizations; expertise in Atlassian Suite (Jira, Atlas, Confluence); and exposure to AI-based program management tools.
