As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at GoDaddy, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future and culture of the company by partnering closely with leadership teams across regions including India, United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. This role involves leveraging data-driven insights and influencing senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals, ensuring the delivery of a superior employee experience. Responsibilities include working with the Airo Growth and Innovation leadership teams to maintain and improve employee experience programs, driving process improvements, and implementing best practices that foster company growth. You will provide comprehensive HR leadership to enhance employee engagement and retention, partnering with cross-functional experts to execute strategies around staffing, onboarding, development, motivation, retention, and organizational structure. Supporting unique performance and promotion reviews and talent programs to minimize bias and ensure fairness is critical. You will champion GoDaddy’s culture and values by creating programs that differentiate the company, focusing on organizational effectiveness and design to maintain company health and performance. You will influence diversity practices to build a diverse workforce and inclusive culture while utilizing workforce analytics and metrics to enhance HR processes. Leading, inspiring, and developing your team to share best practices, scale skills, and impact is essential. Expertise in career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation, rewards, and employee relations is required. The role demands strong partnership, communication, and leadership skills, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and travel twice per year. You will bring over 7 years of HR business experience, including a global organizational perspective, comprehensive HR generalist knowledge, and the ability to influence executives. This position may be hybrid or fully remote based on managerial designation. Job requirements

  • 7+ years HR business experience partnering with Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning
  • Global organizational expertise with large organizations and mixed employee/BPO models
  • Comprehensive HR generalist background including organizational design, succession planning, performance management, diversity & inclusion, compensation, talent management, employee relations, M&A experience
  • Strong partnership and communication skills with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Adaptable leadership style for fast-moving environments with strong process/change management skills
  • Servant leader mindset with flexibility in strategic and hands-on execution
  • Willingness to travel approximately twice per year
