Job Description

As a Business Unit Finance Manager at GoDaddy in Pune, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to align financial strategies with organizational goals, leading financial modelling and forecasting, analysing complex financial data, and presenting insights to senior management to support decision-making. You will provide strategic recommendations on risks, opportunities, and resource allocation while driving process improvements and system implementations, fostering collaboration across teams. The role requires 6+ years of finance experience in a global organization, strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and familiarity with Adaptive Planning, Workday, and QuickSight is a plus. Effective communication skills to present financial insights at all organizational levels and proven collaboration experience across regions and teams are essential. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial modeling techniques, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience are also required. Professional certification such as CFA, CA or an MBA in Finance would be advantageous. The position is hybrid, requiring living within commuting distance to the office.
