Join GoDaddy’s People Operations team as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where you will influence and partner with senior leaders to embed strategic HR practices across the company. Your key responsibilities include working closely with leadership teams to enhance employee experience programs, driving process improvements, and scaling HR initiatives to support company growth. You will provide comprehensive HR support covering areas such as talent management, organizational design, diversity and inclusion, succession planning, performance management, and employee relations. Additionally, you will lead efforts to reduce bias in career advancement, champion GoDaddy’s unique culture and values, and leverage workforce analytics to drive smarter HR processes. This role requires partnering with multiple stakeholders globally, adapting leadership styles to fast-paced environments, and managing a team to deliver impactful results. Requirements include 7+ years HR business experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a broad generalist HR background with global experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
