Responsibilities include managing client satisfaction, identifying at-risk clients, spearheading growth strategies, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate CRM data, and meeting/exceeding revenue targets and KPIs. The role requires 2-3 years of SaaS sales or account management experience, excellent communication skills, and near-native English proficiency.
