As a Technical Support Specialist based in Latin America, you will provide expert support on Hostinger products, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to enhancing customer experience. Daily tasks include assisting customers with various levels of expertise, helping improve AI support tools, and staying updated on product developments. The role requires rotation-based schedules possibly including weekends, and is fully remote with an essential need for reliable high-speed internet. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, experienced in tech or SaaS customer support, and knowledgeable about web hosting fundamentals like domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting. Advanced skills in server management, WordPress, hosting control panels, and AI systems are advantageous.
