Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Marketing, Customer Success, and registry partners to deliver innovative solutions for millions of users. Key duties involve strategic decision-making to enhance domain portfolio growth and customer satisfaction, translating market insights into product requirements and prototypes, prioritizing features based on registrar operations and customer needs, and providing transparent roadmap updates. Act as the customer advocate by understanding domain buyers’ journeys and identifying expansion touchpoints. Work closely with partners to maximize customer lifetime value through service bundling, monitor industry trends and policies, and identify growth opportunities. Required skills include a proven track record in product innovation, strong product instincts, experience managing product lifecycle, leadership in cross-functional teams within regulated environments, technical understanding of web technologies and domain protocols, an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication in English.
