Job Description

Join Hostinger as an Affiliate Product Growth Lead within the Marketing team, responsible for owning the product portfolio strategy across the Affiliates channel including Hosting, VPS, Domains, Email, Reach, Builder, and Horizons. Lead and mentor Product Owners, drive quarterly and long-term business objectives, collaborate with PPC, Influencer, Content, SEO, and CRO teams to identify and execute growth opportunities. Responsibilities include leading full product strategy, managing team growth, aligning with cross-functional teams, and driving experimentation and new affiliate channel opportunities. Requirements include proven experience in defining and executing strategic plans, ownership of revenue targets, expertise in product growth strategies and affiliate channels, hands-on team management skills, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication across all organizational levels. Compensation starts from 4000 EUR gross monthly based on experience and competence.
