You will collaborate with product, security, and operations teams to deliver new features and maintain compliance, while mentoring engineers and advancing infrastructure initiatives beyond WordPress. You will leverage automation to enhance performance, optimize costs, and ensure platform security. Required experience includes leadership in platform engineering for large-scale hosting or cloud platforms with expertise in cost, performance, security, scalability, cloud infrastructure (AWS, OpenStack), automation, developer tooling, AI/ML integration, and WordPress support. Preferred familiarity includes AI tools, orchestration, networking, storage, observability, databases, application technologies, infrastructure as code, and security tools.
