As a Senior Lead Product Designer in the Partners experience team at GoDaddy, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and design talent to conceive, craft, and own intuitive and seamless designs based on deep customer understanding and competitive analysis. You will lead product discovery, ideation, alignment, delivery, and iterative improvement independently. Your work will support small businesses and professionals in building secure, performant, and beautiful websites through WordPress offerings. Responsibilities include crafting engaging experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing scalable experiences across multiple touchpoints and regions, prototyping, testing, iterating, defining and documenting design artifacts, contributing to the design community, and advocating for design excellence and usability. You will leverage 8+ years of experience in user experience design for web and mobile applications, a strong visual and prototyping skillset, and expertise with tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. A passion for small businesses and a self-starter mentality are essential. Preferred qualifications include a BA or MA in interaction or communication design, industrial design, or HCI.
