Due to the growth of our team and the increasing number of internal HR processes, we are looking for an HR Assistant to help organize and support the company’s day-to-day operations.
The main focus of this role is administrative support of HR processes, document management, candidate coordination, and assistance with organizing internal company processes.
This position is suitable for a detail-oriented, organized person who wants to grow in HR and gain practical experience in HR operations and personnel support.
Responsibilities
Assisting the HR Manager with daily tasks
Preparing and maintaining HR documentation
Coordinating candidate onboarding and employment processes
Preparing employee offboarding documentation
Collecting and verifying the required documents from candidates
Maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and internal HR systems
Monitoring task and candidate statuses
Supporting internal HR and recruitment processes
Performing administrative and organizational tasks
