Job Description

AbeloHost is a Dutch hosting company. Since 2012, our team of experts has been providing reliable, affordable, and practical hosting solutions designed for long-term use.

Due to the growth of our team and the increasing number of internal HR processes, we are looking for an HR Assistant to help organize and support the company’s day-to-day operations.

The main focus of this role is administrative support of HR processes, document management, candidate coordination, and assistance with organizing internal company processes.

This position is suitable for a detail-oriented, organized person who wants to grow in HR and gain practical experience in HR operations and personnel support.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the HR Manager with daily tasks

  • Preparing and maintaining HR documentation

  • Coordinating candidate onboarding and employment processes

  • Preparing employee offboarding documentation

  • Collecting and verifying the required documents from candidates

  • Maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and internal HR systems

  • Monitoring task and candidate statuses

  • Supporting internal HR and recruitment processes

  • Performing administrative and organizational tasks

Requirements

  • Attention to detail and responsibility
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work with documents and spreadsheets
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Confident use of Google Docs / Excel / Google Sheets
  • Responsibility and ability to complete tasks independently
  • Readiness to handle a large number of routine tasks
  • Good self-organization while working remotely
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment
  • English language skills will be considered a plus.
  • Full-time availability (8-hour workday) with flexibility to stay available and responsive between 10-11 AM and 9-10 PM (UTC+2 time zone)
  • Consistent online presence and responsiveness throughout the workday
  • Ability to stay available for communication during daytime and evening hours
  • The ability to work using a time-tracking system
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative support
  • Experience working remotely
  • Experience working in an international team
  • Understanding of HR processes and document workflow
  • Fully remote work format
