Systems Analyst (f/m)

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Analyst who will bridge business and technology, translating organizational needs into effective system solutions. As a key partner for business and IT teams, you will support internal stakeholders in analyzing and resolving issues to keep the systems running smoothly and enable day-to-day operations of the organization.

Your responsibilities

• Ongoing handling of issues related to Salesforce Vlocity, ServiceNow and other internal systems
• Subject-matter (analytical) ownership of applications, including translating business needs into system requirements
• Cooperation with IT teams and external vendors on solution design and implementation
• Testing and validating system changes before release
• Maintaining process and system documentation
• Identifying improvement opportunities and proposing solutions that improve operational efficiency
