Beget is a top-3 Russian hosting provider for 16 years. We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (inbound calls only) – a great entry-level IT role for someone interested in Linux and helping users.
Responsibilities:
- Consult users via phone (inbound calls only) and tickets on hosting and domain registration services
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues: websites, mail, FTP, DNS and more
- Pass user feedback about our service to product owners
