Your responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls).
  • Configure and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, VLANs, MPLS.
  • Monitor network performance and respond to incidents.
  • Support network expansion and upgrades.
  • Document network architecture and procedures.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative/office support, ideally in IT.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience supporting senior managers or executives.
  • Proficient with office tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
