Technical Support IV Agentic

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

• Own and resolve the most complex technical escalations across VPS, Dedicated, and advanced hosting environments, end-to-end.

• Support modern development stacks including Node.js, Next.js, and containerized applications across diverse customer environments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, networking, and system-level issues on AlmaLinux and related platforms.

• Partner directly with Product and Engineering on emerging platforms – N8N, Hermes, OpenClaw, and agentic tooling – shaping how we support the future of hosting.

• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for T3 teams and actively mentor support engineers on advanced troubleshooting.

• Identify patterns across customer issues and drive systemic fixes or product improvements – not just one-off resolutions.

• Build and contribute to internal documentation, playbooks, and best practices for next-generation hosting support.

• Work on problems that don’t have playbooks yet. You’ll write them.
