Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle solution: construction, engineering systems, telecom, infrastructure, site improvement
- Work out technical options, find contractors, manage paperwork and contracts
- Interact with regulators; organize, control and accept on-site work
- Procurement, logistics, final acceptance and financial documentation
