What you will do:

  • Own the technical relationship with Contabo’s strategic enterprise / SMB accounts
  • Translate customer needs into infrastructure designs (VPS, dedicated, cloud, networking)
  • Coordinate with engineering and product on customer escalations and roadmap input
  • Drive renewal, expansion and customer-satisfaction metrics

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical-account-management / pre-sales for hosting, cloud or infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of Linux servers, virtualization, networking and cloud architecture
  • Excellent communication; comfortable presenting to technical and exec stakeholders
  • Fluent English; German a plus
