Job Description
Contabo is hiring a Technical Support Specialist for our nightshift rotation. Remote-first role.
What you will do:
- Provide L1 / L2 technical support for Contabo customers (VPS, dedicated, cloud) during night hours
- Diagnose connectivity, server and platform issues; escalate complex cases
- Maintain internal knowledge base and customer communications
