Requirements

Our expectations:

  • Hands-on PrestaShop knowledge – a hard requirement. We need someone who knows the platform from admin side, store operations or implementations, and also understands the differences between PrestaShop versions.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience developing technology products and independently leading a product from idea to deployment.
  • Understanding of e-commerce specifics, including impact of performance, integrations and user experience on sales and customer retention.
  • Knowledge of other e-commerce platforms such as Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify, Shoper, IdoSell.
  • Ability to work with data and translate analytics into concrete business decisions.
  • Good understanding of the hosting environment and ease of collaboration with technology and infrastructure teams.
  • Ability to set priorities and make responsible product decisions.
  • Clear, substantive communication in Polish and English – both with technology teams and business partners.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with open-source products and collaboration with the technology communities around them.
  • Experience working with international product teams.
  • Good knowledge of the Polish e-commerce market, including areas like KSeF, BLIK, Allegro, JPK.
  • Experience with web performance metrics and understanding their impact on sales and user experience.
  • Conversational French or Spanish.
