Join GoDaddy’s dynamic Aftermarket Sales team, the industry leader in premium domain reselling. As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage with inbound leads—businesses and individuals interested in acquiring premium domains listed for sale. This role is fast-paced, client-focused, and ideal for someone passionate about sales and digital assets. Responsibilities include rapidly responding to inbound leads and building rapport with prospective buyers globally, consulting clients on premium domain acquisition strategies tailored to their business needs, maintaining a high level of activity and performance—most reps close at least one sale per day, building and managing a growing book of repeat clients while continuously adding new customers, participating in regular coaching and training to sharpen sales techniques, and collaborating with teammates while upholding company values: be extraordinary, own outcomes, work fearlessly, join forces, and live passionately. Requirements include excellent communication skills in English, an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to exceed sales goals, ability to connect with a wide range of clients, strong organizational skills, comfort working independently and as part of a team, proficiency in digital tools such as Outlook, Salesforce, Word, and Excel, familiarity with the domain aftermarket industry as a plus, experience in tele sales or customer service environments, and the ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously. GoDaddy offers a range of total rewards including paid time off, retirement savings, bonus/incentive eligibility, equity grants, employee stock purchase plan participation, competitive health benefits, and family-friendly benefits including parental leave. The company prioritizes diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging principles in its culture and operations. GoDaddy is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applicants from diverse backgrounds.
