Job Description

As a Fulfillment Domains Specialist at GoDaddy, you will be responsible for managing complex corporate domain operations including processing registrations, renewals, and transfers across multiple country code top-level domains (ccTLDs) and registries. You will ensure compliance with registry-specific requirements and local presence rules, staying current with frequent changes through research and vendor documentation. Your role involves troubleshooting stuck orders, authorization issues, and technical roadblocks using registry websites, vendor resources, and internal tools such as JIRA and Excel for tracking and reporting. You will coordinate across multiple vendor portals and registrar interfaces, maintaining accurate records and supporting automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Collaboration is key as you will work closely with Client Services on escalations, Engineering for enhancements, and communicate technical needs to various stakeholders. To succeed, you should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in domain operations or fulfillment, preferably in registrar or wholesale domain environments, with strong knowledge of ccTLDs, registry models, and DNS fundamentals. Proficiency with registrar portals, EPP-based systems, JIRA, CRM, and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and dashboard creation are essential. Your ability to independently research, troubleshoot, and solve problems is critical, along with experience coordinating with external vendors to manage support and operational issues. This role is fully remote based in Nova Scotia, Canada, offering flexibility and occasional office visits.
