The IT Sox Technical Analyst will be responsible for designing, enhancing, and automating IT General Controls (ITGCs) across access management, change management, and computer operations. They will analyze large system-generated data sets such as access listings, change logs, and termination reports to validate control effectiveness. The analyst will develop standardized, repeatable evidence collection processes to reduce manual effort and improve audit quality, implement control health monitoring and reporting to proactively identify risks and trends, and partner with teams such as IAM, DevOps, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Finance to strengthen control design and enforcement. Configuring and optimizing GRC tools and workflows for better control tracking and documentation is also a key responsibility. The role involves supporting internal and external audit walkthroughs by explaining technical controls and validating data completeness and accuracy. Additionally, the analyst will identify opportunities to automate manual detective controls and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to make the IT SOX program more scalable and data-driven. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience supporting IT General Controls in a SOX-regulated environment, with strong knowledge of access management, change management, and computer operations controls. Experience with analyzing large datasets using Excel and SQL, reviewing access reports and change management logs, and supporting SOX audits is required. Familiarity with IAM concepts, SDLC processes, and production environment segregation is necessary. Additional desirable qualifications include experience with GRC platforms, basic scripting skills, cloud environment knowledge, ERP system familiarity, automation of reporting or workflow processes, and data visualization expertise. Job requirements
