As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at GoDaddy, you will engage closely with Airo Growth and Innovation leadership teams and People Operations partners to enhance Employee Experience programs and drive process improvements. Your role will involve developing and implementing best practices to support growth, change, and scalability of the company. You will provide comprehensive Human Resources support to increase employee engagement and retention and collaborate with cross-functional experts to refine strategies around staffing, onboarding, development, motivation, retention, and organizational work structures. Supporting unique performance and promotion review processes, you will seek to reduce bias and ensure fairness in career advancement for all employees. You will champion GoDaddy’s culture and values, creating programs to protect and enhance the company’s cultural differentiators. Your focus on organizational effectiveness includes designing activities to maintain company health and performance and influencing diversity practices to foster a more inclusive workforce and culture. Leveraging workforce analytics, you will make people processes smarter and more efficient. Managing and inspiring your team, you will share best practices, benchmark externally, and help grow their skills and impact. Your expertise will cover career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, and employee relations. The role requires at least 7 years of HR business experience with effective partnership across HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Learning, strong relationship management skills, global organizational expertise within large and mixed employee/BPO models, and capacity to influence and coach executives on strategic organizational design and scaling. You should possess a comprehensive HR generalist background covering organizational design, succession planning, performance management, diversity and inclusion, compensation, talent management, employee relations, and M&A experience. Strong partnership and communication skills are essential, including the ability to listen, accept feedback, build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, and drive organizational change in complex environments. Adaptable leadership suited for fast-moving environments, strong process/change management skills, a servant leadership mindset, and flexibility to balance strategic discussions and hands-on execution are required. Occasional travel is expected. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
