Join GoDaddy’s People Operations team as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner focused on the United States. In this role, you will work closely with leadership teams to develop and implement HR best practices that support organizational growth, change management, and employee engagement. You will provide comprehensive HR support, including talent management, performance reviews, career development, and diversity and inclusion programs. Your responsibilities include partnering with cross-functional teams to design staffing strategies, reducing bias in promotion processes, and leveraging workforce analytics to improve HR processes. This position may be hybrid or fully remote, requiring you to work from home and occasionally visit the office. You will lead a team and influence senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals, supporting organizational health and culture. The role requires 7+ years in HR with experience in organizational design, succession planning, compensation, employee relations, and working in global and complex environments. You must demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to adapt in fast-moving settings. Travel is minimal, around twice per year.
