This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in India. In this role, you will help support and improve the reliability of our Linux-based database systems running in on-premises environments and local OpenStack cloud infrastructure, with a primary focus on relational databases and additional exposure to NoSQL platforms such as Apache Cassandra. This is a senior-level position for an engineer who is deeply hands-on, comfortable working independently, and experienced in supporting business-critical systems in production!

You will work closely with teams across Eastern European and Indian time zones, providing strong operational support, troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering assigned infrastructure and reliability projects from start to finish. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys solving difficult system problems, communicating clearly in a distributed environment, and taking ownership of execution without requiring close day-to-day direction.
