This role demands simplifying complex systems into clear, usable interfaces, collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and designers. You will lead design experiments including A/B and multivariate testing, analyze results, and iterate to enhance user engagement and business outcomes. Your work influences GoDaddy’s design systems and patterns, contributing to visual language and interaction models across teams. The role supports professional growth within a vibrant design community, encouraging mentorship and full personal expression. Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience, strong portfolios, proficiency in Figma and FigJam, and experience working in collaborative, remote or hybrid teams. Familiarity with accessibility, inclusive design, usability testing, and agile environments is essential. Preferred experience includes productivity or communication tool design, resilient system navigation, and front-end development knowledge to enhance engineering collaboration.
