Your tasks:

  • Handle customer inquiries related to invoices and payments
  • Clarify incoming payments and outstanding items
  • Support the resolution of discrepancies and special cases in the payment process
  • Communicate with international customers in German and English
  • A clearly structured customer support environment in the billing domain
  • A high volume of inquiries, including both varied and recurring process cases
  • Hands-on work with real customer and payment transactions
