To support our data protection team, we are currently looking for a reliable and competent data protection coordinator (m/f/d) for at least 30h/week.

Your tasks:

  • Advise our employees on data protection topics
  • Handle specific customer inquiries related to data privacy
  • Create, maintain, and further develop technical and organizational data protection concepts
  • Support the creation and optimization of key internal documentation
  • Provide administrative assistance to our data protection officers
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of audits and awareness initiatives

Job requirements

  • completed university degree or vocational training related to data protection, compliance or comparable areas, ideally with initial practical experience
  • Knowledge of data protection laws and relevant standards and regulations (e.g. GDPR)
  • Genuine enthusiasm for data privacy topics and the drive to proactively develop and implement new solutions
  • The ability to effectively find solutions in a team and independently
  • A confident, approachable, and communicative personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in both German and English, in both writing and speaking
