The specialist will ensure smooth financial operations by managing and verifying invoices, tracking open cases such as missing invoices and payment discrepancies, performing payment allocations, and conducting bank entry controls for transaction accuracy. Responsibilities also include managing month-end close procedures (accruals, interest calculations, reconciliations), handling fixed asset processing including depreciation and inventory controls, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports for accuracy and compliance, supporting audit activities by providing documentation and resolving queries, preparing internal expense reports, and assisting the AP Manager with ad-hoc projects, process improvements, and system enhancements. The role requires a detail-oriented and proactive team player with at least 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
